79bd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform based in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services provided by 79bd.

• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be returned.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. Once odds are confirmed, no further changes apply.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, 79bd reserves the right to void that bet.
• Any bet found to be associated with match-fixing or fraud will be voided.

Lottery and virtual games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring fully unbiased and verifiable outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 79bd. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
• Exploiting technical glitches to generate abnormal profits.

79bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Where evidence of fraud or deception is found.

Members who wish to close their account must notify the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure, unless the funds have been forfeited due to a breach of terms.
